This Privacy Policy explains how Certie Inc., a Delaware corporation ("CERTIE," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the CERTIE platform, including the Innovative Demand Client Portal.
Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication data, collected via our authentication 3rd party provider.
Payment Information: Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, Inc. CERTIE does not store your full card number.
Service Data: Order details, payment milestones, and credit balances, stored in our 3rd partydatabase provider.
Communications: Emails we send you (such as invoices or invites) are delivered through 3rd party email service providers.
Local Storage: We use your browser's local storage to temporarily remember promotional codes (e.g. referral links) between pages during sign-up.
We use collected information to: provide and maintain the Service, process payments, communicate with you about your orders, award and track account credits, and improve our offerings. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information with the following third-party processors solely to operate the Service: (authentication), (payments), (database hosting), and (email delivery). Each provider maintains its own privacy and security practices.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
